Anatoly Lutikov (5 February 1933 in Leningrad – 1989 in Tiraspol) was a is a Russian chess player. He was awarded the International Master title in 1967 and the Grandmaster title in 1974. He came 3rd in the USSR Chess Championship 1968/69, 2nd after Boris Spassky at Wijk aan Zee 1967, 1st at Dubna 1971, tied for 1st at Leipzig 1973 and 1st at Albena 1976.[1]
